The Welcome Team plays a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both new and existing members of our church community. As a Welcome Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for individuals as they enter the church, helping them feel comfortable and welcomed.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all attendees with a friendly and approachable demeanor as they arrive for services and events.
  • Provide accurate information about the church layout, service timings, and any special events happening.
  • Assist newcomers in finding seats, loos, and other facilities within the church premises.
  • Offer a warm smile, handshake, or simple conversation to make individuals feel valued and part of the community.
  • Help maintain an organised and tidy environment in the entrance areas.
  • Be attentive to the needs of elderly individuals, families with young children, and individuals with special requirements.
