As a Setup Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and organized environment for church services, events, and gatherings.
Your attention to detail and teamwork will contribute to ensuring that all attendees have a positive and comfortable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up seating arrangements, equipment, and decorations for services and events.
- Arrange chairs, tables, and other furnishings to optimise space and accommodate attendees.
- Collaborate with event organisers to execute specific setup plans and design layouts.
- Prepare materials, handouts, and resources for distribution to attendees.
- Verify that safety and accessibility guidelines are followed in all setup arrangements.
- Maintain an organised storage area for event supplies and equipment.
- Assist in post-event cleanup, returning the venue to its original state.
- Attend setup planning meetings and communicate effectively with fellow Setup Team Members.
Qualifications:

- Prior experience in event setup, decoration, or technical support is beneficial but not mandatory.
