As a Community Cafe Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere within our community cafe. Your friendly service and dedication will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who comes.
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellence in service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with cafe patrons.
– Take and prepare customer orders with efficiency and attention to quality.
– Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all cafe areas.
– Collaborate with fellow Cafe Team Members to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
– Assist in stocking and organising cafe supplies, including food and beverage items.
– Uphold health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
– Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu items and promotions.
– Foster a sense of community by creating a friendly and inclusive environment.
– Contribute to the promotion and marketing of the community cafe.
